The Houston / Heights , ARTS (Alliance for Reasonable Traffic Solutions) is an organization made up of a group of Houston & Heights business and home owners who have come together to ensure the safety of cyclists and automobile drivers on the roads of Houston. the organization is made up of several members with different professions, each adding to the designing and planning as well as implementing plans that would add bike lanes two our existing streets. Our members range from all professions as well as concerned neighbors throughout the areas of Houston. the alliance would help the city and implementing some of their plans by helping them with research throughout some of busiest streets that run through parts of Houston with coexisting neighborhoods. The organization has many contacts with the major civic associations and being able to reach out to the residents that may want to advise the city with their concerns. The alliance would also be able to notify these residents and business owners by meeting with these civic associations as well as local residents newsletters. Our objective would be having and retreiving information from both the cyclist association and our association in order to help build better bike lanes just make sense. 

The Houston arts Also has advocates within hour professions that allow professional and accurate communications between the city of Houston and residence and business owners that need help communicating information, opinions, and relative information effectively and efficiently. Our members within these Professions have direct communications with each individual city of Houston council members. Our members speak before the city and it's mayor during meetings between the City Council members and it's Concerned citizens.
